We believe in being respectful and courteous of others in our community. That includes being present and punctual to events. We hope there’s never a need to enforce it, but here’s our policy on RSVPing:

• If there’s a change to your schedule and you can no longer attend an event, please update your RSVP immediately (ideally, this would be at least 48 hours before the event).
• We understand emergencies happen. There’s grace for that! However, if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to an event TWICE within a 2-month period, you will have to wait 6 weeks following the date of the second occurrence to attend another event.
• If you are a “no show” to an event (you do not communicate that you will no longer be attending), you will have to wait 6 weeks from the date of the “no show” to attend another event.
