Pet sitter
I have an urgent, immediate need for a reliable pet sitter, someone who can help with my dog on an occasional basis. She has separation anxiety and barks, even being on prozac, and I’m now threatened with eviction. I have to daytrip to Wilmington on Saturday for author business. Thank you.

can you update your post as far as what you are looking for…..like, do you want the person to be at your house from 8am to 8pm? or, is it ok if the person takes your dog to their house? ….or? And, what kind of dog is it (weight, breed, etc.)

Does anyone have a quality, reasonably priced contractor or handyman you would recommend – I need help repairing flooring, walls and ceiling after a pipe backup. I greatly appreciate recommendations! Thanks!

Robin – we’ve also had issues finding a great go-to handyman; however, the most recent time, my husband found out you can hire a handyman directly from ACE hardware. I think it’s a 3 hour minimum. We were really pleased and would do it again. You may need to explain the scope of work ahead of time so you know their services would cover what you need.
