📅 Event Schedule & Location
- Frequency: Last Tuesday of each month
- Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Kickoff Event: Tuesday, July 28, 2026
- Location: Madhavi’s House (Please RSVP via Team Reach app for the exact address)
📱 How to RSVP and Stay Connected
We use the TeamReach app for all scheduling, updates, and group communications.
- Download: Search for “TeamReach” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (it is completely free).
- Join Our Group: Enter the group code Mahj@RDU1.
- Sign Up: Please RSVP directly within TeamReach so we can track attendance.
Note: Events will also be visible (but not RSVP able) on the main Table@RDU calendar.
⚠️ Group Guidelines
- Minimum Player Count: We require at least 4 players to host a game.
- Attendance Policy: If your plans change, please update your status in TeamReach as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. If there is no one on the waitlist and we don’t have a group of 4 players, the event will be cancelled, and all players will be notified.
- Attendance Policy: Guests are welcome but must register on the TeamReach app. If you cannot attend, your guest will also be unable to attend. Please ensure both attendance statuses are updated.
- Required Materials: To participate, please bring the official 2026 National Mahjong League card. You can purchase single cards directly from their website or buy them in packs of four on Amazon.
