Easter Morning walk/hike at Durant Nature Preserve (Raleigh / 27614)

Join Chandra for a casual walk/hike at Durant Road Nature Preserve. She’s very familiar with the trails and plans to do approx 2-3 miles. This is an un-serious, not intense walk through the woods. It’s mostly flat alongside a creek or pond, but there is some minor elevation change. Dress for the weather, appropriate shoes, sunscreen, hat, water and snacks. This park has two entrances: one on Durant Road and one near Compass Rose Brewery – meet me at the Durant Road entrance listed. You’ll park at the top of a hill. Happy dogs are welcome to attend. If it’s not too warm, I’ll bring mine. (This is Easter Sunday!! The assumption is the group will still have access, the the group might need to park at the gate instead.
